Creating an Account

The registration form asks for an email address, a password and a date of birth. A confirmation link arrives within a minute and stays valid for twenty four hours. Currency is chosen at signup: Canadian dollars or one of the supported cryptocurrencies, held as separate wallets.

Signing In

One set of credentials works across desktop and mobile browsers. There is no app and no separate mobile account. Sessions expire after inactivity and require the password again, which matters on shared computers.

Two Factor Authentication

Enable it before the first deposit. A sign in from an unrecognised device then requires a code from your authenticator app, which prevents the most common form of account theft. Setup takes about a minute.

Verification

Licence conditions require identity verification before the first withdrawal. Upload a government issued photo ID and a proof of address issued within the last three months. Photograph documents flat in daylight with all four corners visible — cropped images and screenshots are the usual reasons for rejection. Review completes within a few hours on business days.

If You Cannot Sign In

The password reset email arrives within a minute. A lock after repeated failed attempts clears automatically after a short period. Missing codes usually follow a change of phone: support can verify you another way and restore access. No one at Winari will ever ask for your password.

Limits and Breaks

Deposit, loss and session limits sit alongside your security settings. Tightening applies immediately; loosening waits out a cooling period. A time out locks the account from a day to six weeks, and self exclusion of six months or more is arranged through support. Pending withdrawals are paid in both cases.
